He gives us strength to walk,

to walk to church.

He gives us strength to see,

to see His book.

He gives us strength to hear,

to sense the Holy Ghost.

He gives us strength to speak,

to repeat His words

and taste His bread.

He gives us strength to love,

to love one another

and to love Him.

He gives us strength to live,

live day by day.

He gives us strength,

after others pass away.
